Foundation Coaching is designed for women who are ready to take the first step into personalised coaching. Your coaching and program will be delivered through the Hevy app with fully customised training plans, giving you structure to follow at your own pace. Each week, you’ll have access to a 1:1 Q&A session where you can submit questions and get direct guidance when you need support or clarity.
Whether you’re just starting out or simply prefer a more self-led approach, Foundation Coaching gives you the tools, accountability touch points and guidance you need to build confidence in your training.

You’ll receive a fully personalised training program designed for your goals, experience level, and lifestyle. Your workouts will be delivered via the Hevy app, where you can easily track your sessions, view your plan, and monitor progress. Each week, you’ll also have access to a private 1:1 Q&A check-in where you can submit questions and get tailored guidance, adjustments, or extra support as needed.

You’ll still have access to your coach through weekly Q&A check-ins, allowing you to ask questions, receive guidance, and make adjustments along the way.

Beginners wanting structure: If you're newer to the gym or training and feel overwhelmed by where to start, Foundation Coaching gives you clear direction, proper technique guidance, and a plan that’s designed specifically for you.
Women balancing busy schedules: Whether you’re working full-time, studying, or managing a full plate, this option allows you to follow a structured program on your schedule, with the flexibility to check in weekly when you need support.
Self-motivated clients who want guidance without the full coaching package: If you prefer working independently but still want professional programming and a coach to lean on for questions, clarity, and adjustments, this offers a great balance.
Those looking to build confidence before committing to full 1:1 coaching: Foundation Coaching helps you build momentum, confidence, and habits at your own pace before deciding if more more hands-on coaching is right for you.
However, if you're looking for daily support, in-depth check-ins, and full accountability with tracking, our Signature or Weekly Coaching may be a better fit for you.

It’s in the name —Movement with Mish… but who is Mish?
That’s me! But I won’t give you the “I’m a certified fitness coach and I love fitness” speech.
What really matters is why you're here. You’re here because you’re ready for a change. Maybe you’ve struggled to stay consistent. Maybe you’re tired of looking in the mirror and not feeling great. Maybe the gym feels intimidating. Maybe you’re tired of starting over.
Whatever brought you here, I want you to know — you can do this. And I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
I started Movement with Mish because I know firsthand how fitness can change everything. Growing up, I struggled with confidence, always feeling like I was on the outside looking in. When I first stepped into the gym, I thought getting my dream body would make me feel better about myself — but what I found was so much bigger.
Fitness didn’t just change how I looked—it changed how I showed up for myself. It gave me confidence, resilience, and the belief that I was capable of more than I ever thought possible.
That’s why my coaching isn’t just about workouts and macros — it’s about helping you build confidence, develop knowledge, sustainable habits, and take control of your health in a way that lasts. Because fitness shouldn’t feel like another chore on your to-do list. It should feel empowering, fun, and aligned with your life.

Every week, you’ll have a dedicated Q&A check-in via the Hevy app. You’ll submit your questions, wins, struggles or anything you want extra support on through the Hevy app’s messaging function, and I’ll respond directly with personalised feedback and guidance.

Coaching lasts as long as you need to fit your goals, lifestyle, and progress! Unlike the other coaching options, there is no minimum commitment for Foundation Coaching.
After your first month, you have a few options:
Continue your current coaching on a month-to-month basis for as long as it supports you.
Move to a higher-touch coaching option if you want in-depth training & nutrition support.
Graduate from coaching and confidently continue your journey on your own!
Whatever path you choose, the goal is to make sure you feel strong, empowered, and ready to keep progressing.

Yes, you can pause or cancel coaching to accommodate life circumstances such as holidays, sickness, or injuries.
You may pause coaching for up to 2 consecutive weeks at a time.
You may cancel coaching anytime after the first month.
Requests must be made in advance, except in emergencies.
During the Pause:
Coaching services, including program updates and feedback, will be paused.
You will still have access to previously provided resources.
Your coaching will be extended by the length of the pause.

For sure! You can switch between Weekly, Signature or even Foundation Coaching based on your needs. Coaching changes are allowed once per month.
