    Most people wait to feel confident to start but you’re different. How do I know you may ask?

    Simply because of the fact that you’re here, reading these words. I know you want to improve your fitness, confidence, mindset and be a fit, athletic baddie.

    If you haven’t stepped foot into the gym before or are relatively new, the gym is like a mysterious testosterone-filled dungeon in a horror movie. Truth is, you don’t need more motivation to feel ready or feel good to own the gym floor. You need structure, knowledge and someone who has once felt the exact same way and done the hard part to show you the ropes.
